Itinerary
The tour starts from the Carrer Freixures 23bis bajos, ES-08003 Barcelona Spain (100m from the Cathedral), in front of Santa Caterina Market. Closest Metro stops are Jaume 1 (Red line) or Urquinaona (Yellow line).
You will be provided with your GoCar for an exciting ride around the beautiful Barcelona city. Before starting the tour, an English-speaking guide will orient you on how to drive a GoCar. The driver must be 18 years of age and should carry along a valid driving license and credit card.
GoCar is a little 3-wheeler yellow car that takes you on a GPS-guided tour of Barcelona. Your clever talking car (in English) navigates and shows you the way. You may also experience Barcelona in a GoCar that speaks Catalan, Spanish, French, Italian or German. The GPS can be changed to the mentioned languages at no extra cost. However, this must be advised upon arrival.
A GoCar holds a maximum of 2 people. Your GoCar is controlled with a motorcycle-style handle, throttle, and hand brakes. This 3-wheeled car seats two and has a lockable trunk for your things. Its small size makes parking a breeze.
As you enjoy the drive, your GoCar takes you to the best of sites and shares interesting stories that bring the city to life. You can stop for photos, take detours, grab a coffee or break for lunch.
This tour can be enjoyed in 1,2,3 hours or the entire day.
1 hour GoCar ride
In a hurry? Just want to see the main sights? Then hop on this compact one hour tour and experience up close and personal access to the icons of Barcelona. See the Sagrada Familia by Antonio Gaudi, L' Aquarium de Barcelona, Poble Espanyol de Montjuic, otherwise known as the Spanish Village, and La Pedrera - Casa Mila by Antonio Gaudi to name just a few.
This tour takes approximately one hour and you also have the option to stay on for longer if you choose.
2-3 hours GoCar ride
This tour has split Barcelona into two areas (uptown and downtown) but the true beauty of all GoCar tours is the flexibility. So you create your own personal tour that is as long or as short as you choose. Both the Uptown and the Downtown take about 2-3 hours.
Uptown tour: The uptown tour puts you on the open roads outside of the old town where you can discover Antonio Gaudi’s most important creations. Enjoy amazing views of the whole city from Tibidabo and visit FC Barcelona’s famous stadium Camp Nou.
Additionally, this tour ventures into areas that most visitors never get a chance to see such as the buzzing bohemian neighbourhood of Gracia.

Combine all of the above for a grand tour of all of Barcelona from the sparkling Mediterranean Sea to the mountain vistas. This option allows you to take your time and take lots of detours, stops for shopping, visits, coffee, tapas, relaxing on the beach, etc.
This option is the most economical per hour and ensures that you don’t miss anything that Barcelona has to offer.
The cars are also available for general hire for those who want to blaze their own trail through the city. Explore the city streets, neighborhoods, beaches and parks on your own listening to your own music.
At the end of the tour, return to the starting point.

The confirmation voucher includes the local activity operator’s contact details and local telephone numbers at the destination. They will happily answer any logistical questions you may have

Minimum age 21 to rent but passengers can be as young as 7 (seven) if they are with their parent or guardian. All drivers must be over 21 and have a driver's license.
A credit card is required before you start the tour and a vehicle deposit of €300 will be collected. (You can pay cash if you wish). Upon return of the vehicle (without any damage) you will be reimbursed the €300.00 vehicle deposit
Collision Damage Waiver is available at a cost of €7.50 per vehicle for the whole day (paid locally). This will bring the excess (the amount paid in the event of damage) down to €300.00 which equals the deposit, otherwise, in the case of damage, the full cost of the vehicle will be payable.
